Geometry - Find my Rule
Find my Rule is a good enrichment activity for Geometry concepts. This week I used the structure for review. I presented four polygons to my students. They were shown a square, rectangle, trapezoid, and a rhombus. Outside of the Find My Rule box, I gave a non-example of my rule which was a triangle. The class came to a consensus that my rule was quadrilaterals. Sets of parallel lines, right angles, types of triangles, congruent figures, similar figures and lines of symmetry are examples of rules that can be used with Find my Rule.
