Favorite Thanksgiving Picture Book
Thank you Sarah, by Laurie Halse Anderson is one of my favorite Thanksgiving reads. Students learn how one bold, brave, stubborn, and smart woman saved Thanksgiving. I created a few activities to go along with my favorite book. Students identify character traits, cause and effect relationships, and write a friendly letter.
